Conversion of redundant public house with new houses to the rear
Our clients brief was to convert the existing front public house into two dwellings and create three additional houses to the rear.
Within a Conservation Area this sensitive site located on one of the main roads into Huntingdon was won at Appeal. Our sensitive well thought out design was recognised as adding to the quality of the Conservation Area.
